Leading Educational Change and Improvement is a core module for the MA in Educational Leadership and Innovation for students on the dissertation route and the professional route. This module explores the relationship between leadership and the improvement of teaching practices and learning outcomes. This module draws on insights and knowledge from research and theory as well as the practical experiences of senior education professionals. It critically engages students with current leadership and improvement theory and practice. The module also includes an international review of educational leadership and school improvement research.
